What is Paradise Points Dining Rewards?

Paradise Points Dining Rewards is designed to thank our wonderful guests (like you!). Dining Rewards members receive points for purchases both in Restaurant, Online & Retail (CONFRIM RETAIL); $1 = 1 point. Once you earn 150 points, you will receive a $10 Dining Credit for use in participating restaurants or for an online order from participating restaurants.

How do I join the Dining Rewards Program?

It’s simple! You can join Paradise Points Dining Rewards by texting paradise to 43618, visiting http://signup.thanx.com/margaritavillerestaurants, placing an order online from your favorite participating restaurant OR by downloading the Paradise Points app from your iPhone or Android device.

Can I earn rewards at Margaritaville Restaurants?

5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill Locations: Miramar Beach, New York City Times Square

LandShark Bar & Grill Locations: Atlantic City, Branson, Daytona Beach, Miramar Beach, Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, New York City Times Square

What purchases qualify for Dining Rewards?

Restaurant purchases or Online Orders via https://order.thanx.com/margaritavillerestaurants# at participating Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Restaurant, 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar or LandShark Bar and Grill will be credited points. Points will not be issued for the purchase of gift cards.

How Do I Earn Points?

The only way to ensure you earn points is to register your credit card with your Paradise Points Dining Rewards account. Use your registered credit/debit card, and your purchase will be automatically added to your account. If you use a registered debit card, be sure to run the transaction as credit (don’t use the PIN) so you can receive automatic progress for the purchase.

If you use cash or a card not linked to your account, you can submit your receipt through the app to earn progress. When you send in your receipt, our support team will confirm that it is valid, and add your progress within 24 hours.

Can I redeem rewards at any Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Restaurant, 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill or LandShark Bar & Grill location?

No. Points can only be redeemed at any of the participating locations listed in Question 3 above. Members cannot redeem rewards at a Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Restaurant, 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill or LandShark Bar & Grill location that is not listed above as participating in the program. Points earned at any participating location can be redeemed at any of the current participating locations.

How Do I Redeem Rewards?

If your reward has ‘Redeem’ on it: Click on the reward and then click the 'Redeem in Store' button (if In-store) or the 'Redeem online' button (If ordering in the app). The app will ask you if you are sure that you want to redeem the reward. Click the 'Continue' button and present the code to your server who will apply the reward to your final bill. If redeeming online, place the item in your cart and select from the rewards toggle menu at the top.

How Do I Know What Rewards Are Available to Me?

In order to view your current rewards, you must be a registered member and log-in to your account. Your rewards will be shown in the rewards section of your iOS or Android app or on your online account.

What if I Forget to Use the Credit Card I Registered with My Account?

You will need to download the iOS or Android app to your phone and following these instructions:

For Android: From the rewards page, click on "Send Photo Of Receipt". Then, attach a photo, fill out the amount, date, and payment type and hit 'Submit Receipt'.

For Apple iOS: From the rewards page, click the 'More' tab then "Send Photo Of Receipt". Then, attach a photo, fill out the amount, date, and payment type and hit 'Submit Receipt'.

What if I forgot to redeem my reward?

Your reward will remain in your account and may be used on your next visit to a participating location.

If I have multiple $10 rewards earned, can I redeem all of them at once?

Not at this time. You may only use one reward at a time for both online order and in-restaurant food & beverage purchases.

How do I add or delete my registered credit or debit card?

To add a new card or to delete your registered cards, go into the menu in the upper left corner of the screen, and find the Registered Cards section. Click on 'Edit' in the upper right corner and from here you will be able to delete your linked cards. Click on 'Add a new card' at the bottom of the screen to add your card.

What are the Loyalty Tiers, and does it reset every year?

Paradise Points Dining Rewards has established tiers based on your level of spend with participating restaurants. The more you spend the better rewards you can earn along the way! Yes, your tier benefit resets every calendar year, but we love to see you visit! The tiers are as follows:

Sunrise Seeker – Everyone that joins Paradise Points Dining Rewards is a Sunrise Seeker. This tier rewards members with a complimentary Appetizer for Signing Up and a Complimentary Dessert on your birthday.

Coastal Explorer – Spend $300 in a calendar year at participating Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, LandShark Bar & Grill or 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill to earn the Coastal Explorer Tier. Members in this tier receive everything from Sunrise Seeker Tier + 10% Off all merchandise purchases inside participating restaurants and 100 bonus points. This offer is not available for online merchandise purchases.

Island Hopper – Members reaching this tier are aficionados and live the paradise life. Spend $500 in a calendar year at participating Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, LandShark Bar & Grill or 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill to earn the Island Hopper Tier. This tier entitles you to Sunrise Seeker benefits + 15% off merchandise purchases inside participating restaurants, a complimentary appetizer, 200 bonus points and surprise rewards throughout the year.

What if my total food and beverage bill or online ordering total is less than my reward amount?

Your order must be greater than the total value of the reward. For example with an online takeout order your cart must be more than $10 to use the $10 Off reward.

How do I opt out of Paradise Points Dining Rewards?

Email your Dining Rewards registered phone number and name to customerservice@margaritavillerestaurants.com to stop participating in the Dining Rewards Program. Cancellation of this program will void all rewards and points previously earned.

Can I earn points and redeem rewards on online orders?

Yes! Points can be earned, and many (not all!) rewards can be redeemed online when ordering direct through [LINK]

Does it cost anything to become a Dining Rewards member?

Dining Rewards Program is free to join, however, your normal mobile text and data fees still apply. Rewards are only earned when purchases are made in a participating restaurant.
